I finally finished watching "Maou" in 11 hours straight! Wow, it's been so long since I cried so hard. I was practically sobbing during the final episode.
Absolutely magnificent drama to watch. I love it. I was totally addicted to it and had to finish it through the morning just to reach the conclusion. The storyline is twisted from start to end and it makes you think and wonder. It gets so frustrating near the climax and it makes you wish that Ohno gets arrested soon because it's just so painful to watch Toma's comrades fall one by one.
I really applaud Toma and Ohno. Outstanding performance! I kid you not. To be honest, the last time I saw someone act so well in such a dramatic drama is Yamapi is "Kurosagi" and he kind of sucks now, though =/ Anyways, Toma and Ohno. WOW. You leave me speechless.
The romance scene is a bit boring. I didn't like the teenage girl, but the actress playing Mari is just beautiful. She looks familiar but I can't remember. Mari's story is interesting but Ohno's "love interest" part is a little to boring for me. I skipped it all.
Anyways, I think it has a wonderful ending. Even though I knew the ending before watching, I find it the most perfect conclusion. Very, very, very depressing final episode. My eyes are terribly sore now.
And also, I love the original soundtrack for this drama.

honestly, sometimes i'm so torn between alice nine. and the rest of my favourite bands. i really have no doubt at all that they are the most amazing band i've ever listened to! and they are fashion gods and sex gods O: they're so amazing they make me shed tears of happiness.

"Gomen ne Juliet" has come back to haunt me :) Lol. I've blogged about this song 3 times before and it seems that it sounds better every time I hear it ;D Yamashita Tomohisa you seriously pwn my soul ♥ I can't believe that I forgot about how amazing this song is. Don't get me wrong, I really love the album version, but somehow, I still prefer the one recorded from their concert and I don't mean the one he performed during the NEWS concert =/ Sigh. That version I love so much is in my old hard drive! Meh, I want my old drive back!! );

"Tatta Hitotsu no Koi" has a very wonderful soundtrack ♥
I finally got around to download the entire o.s.t. for the drama and I must say that it is the best drama o.s.t. I've ever heard. I am really in love with the entire track listing from the o.s.t. The music is extremely beautiful. I'm not really an instrumental music person but the soundtrack for this drama is exceptionally good. Very soothing and emotional pieces put together :) They make me smile and want to cry at the time.
Ike Yoshihiro, is now my 3rd favourite composer :D It seems that he composed the soundtrack for "Nobuta wo Produce" as well. Now that I think about it, I can tell the slight resemblance in style but honestly, the soundtrack for "Tatta Hitotsu no Koi" wins over by a million miles 8Db
